Ethics and Compliance

Our Board of Directors and Company management have adopted these policies, and they reflect the importance that we place on ethical conduct. We have high standards, and our Code and Policy are our written commitment to uphold them. Following them helps us protect the integrity, reputation, and future of our brands. It also helps us fulfill our commitments to all our stakeholders and the public, and ultimately contributes to our success.

While we look to the Code for guidance, it is our actions that ultimately define us. Acting with integrity and honesty ensures that we meet our high standards and enhance our ethical culture. Everyone at A&F Co.—no matter where they are located—is responsible for following the Code, regardless of seniority or title. We also expect our suppliers and other business partners to acknowledge and align with the principles of our Code when doing business with A&F Co.

Concerns or Complaints

Anyone may file a concern or complaint about any issue, including accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters, violations of the Code, etc., and such reports may be submitted anonymously by visiting the hotline website www.abercrombie-ethics.com or writing directly to our Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at CECO@anfcorp.com. Additionally, concerns or complaints may be reported by phone. The phone number is 1-866-526-1055 for those in the United States and additional phone numbers for other countries are available on the website. Reports can be filed in any language.
