Kerrii Anderson

Kerrii Anderson has been a director of A&F Co. since 2019. She serves as Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Board Governance Committee and of the Executive Committee.

Ms. Anderson is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Wendy’s International, Inc. (now, The Wendy’s Company), a restaurant operating and franchising company, until that company merged with a subsidiary of Triarc Companies, Inc. to form Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc. (November 2006 to September 2008).

She currently serves on other public company boards, including: Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings, a global life sciences company (May 2006 to present); Worthington Enterprises, Inc. (f/k/a Worthington Industries, Inc.), an industrial manufacturing company (September 2010 to present); and The Sherwin-Williams Company, a company engaged in the development, manufacture, distribution and sale of paint, coatings and related products (April 2019 to present).
